Application
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is one of the most widely used labeling enzymes. HRP can be used to label antibodies or proteins. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) can be used for localization detection and quantification determination. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was isolated from horseradish (Amorcia rusticana). It is used in biochemical applications, such as Western blotting, ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is used to amplify weak signals and increase the number of target molecules detected. It is usually used to determine the amount of glucose and peroxide in solution and been used for rapid drug sensitivity determination of Aspergillus fumigatus.
