It’s widely used in starch processing, sugar, monosodium glutamate, alcohol, beer, citric acid, textile printing and dyeing, paper making and other fermentation industries.
Product feature:
High temperature resistant alpha - amylase in high temperature rapid hydrolysis of starch molecules in а - 1.4 glycosidic linkage, from starch molecular internal arbitrary cutting growth short not short keys dextrin and small amounts of oligosaccharides, which makes the viscosity of starch pastes decreased rapidly, if the liquefaction time is long, there will be a small amount of glucose and maltose to be produced.

It’s marked as grams of soluble starch liquefied by.1ml of liquid enzyme in 1 hour at temperature of 70℃ and PH 6.0, the unit is u/ml.

Package and storage:
25KG plastic barrel
Liquid product is packed with plastic barrel, 25kg/barrel or based on customer requirements. The product is bioactive substances, sunlight, temperature and humidity can cause enzyme inactivation. It should avoid direct sunshine and be kept in a cool and dry place.
This product belongs to biological active substances, it should be placed in the dry place in low temperature, direct sunlight should be avoided. In room temperature (25 ℃) the enzyme activity should be not lower than the labeled in six months, enzyme activity should be not lower than the labeled for one year if stored under 5 ℃. In the case of a small amount of precipitation, shake it even before using it, the effect will not change.
Conditions:
The effects of calcium ions on enzyme activity stability
With the presence of low concentration calcium, the product has good stability, to hydrolyze the starch, 50 -70mg/L calcium ion is recommended to be added into it. (usually it doesn’t need calcium ions)
The influence of PH
The optimum PH range is PH6.0 - 6.2, the effective PH range is 5-8
The influence of temperature
The optimum temperature range: 95 ℃ - 97 ℃, the effective range of temperature: 90 ℃-100℃
The instantaneous temperature in the jet liquefaction process can be up to 105 ℃-110℃, the thermal stability of the product is very good.
