Lentinan

Lentinan is extracted from high quality mushroom fruiting bodies by fermentation processes. The most important ingredients in mushroom extract is lentinan, which contains more than 10 kinds of amino acids, including 7 kinds of essential amino acids: isoleucine, lysine, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, valine, vitamin B1, B2 and mineral salts and crude fiber etc. Lentinan has effects of anti cholesterol, anti-tumor, immunomodulatory and anti-platelet aggregation, hepatoprotective, anti-mutation and anti-hepatitis virus.
