Inositol nicotinate

After absorption in gastrointestinal tract, the drug metabolize slowly in vivo, then gradually hydrolyze into nicotinic acid and inositol and plays role through the two products. It can ease and persistently relax peripheral vascular, improve the abnormal lipid metabolism, dissolve fibrin protein, thrombolytic and anticoagulant. It can be adjunctive therapy of hyperlipoprotememia, coronary heart disease and various peripheral vascular spasm (such as arteriosclerosis obliterans, Raynaud's disease, migraine etc.).
