Seebio Mogroside

Mogroside V is a natural sweet compound extracted from Siraitia grosvenorii. It is a disaccharide glycoside compound, which is composed of one molecule of betaine and one molecule of cucurbitacin through glycosidic bond. Mogroside V has a very high sweetness, about 250-300 times that of sucrose, but it has no calories. Therefore, it is widely used in food and beverage industry as a natural sweetener. Compared with other synthetic sweeteners, Mogroside V has the advantages of water solubility, good stability, high thermal stability and no dental caries. Mogroside V also has anti-oxidant, anti-diabetic and anti-cancer activities.
