Enzyme Stabilizer AESme stabilizer AES
A versatile stabilizer, Albumin Hydrolysate effectively preserves the original activity of enzymes, antigens, and antibodies while enhancing overall efficiency. It is primarily employed to stabilize liquid enzymes and working enzymes, making it particularly suitable for preserving the stability of diagnostic reagent diluents containing enzymes and proteins. This stabilizer is particularly effective in maintaining the stability of various oxidases, such as glycerol phosphate oxidase and urate oxidase.
 
Albumin Hydrolysate performs well as a standalone stabilizer or when used in conjunction with HPD. It has been found to be significantly more effective than “Enzyme Stabilizer 105541”. For optimal results, the recommended usage is 0.5-2.5%.
