Spectinomycin hydrochloride is the aminoglycoside antibiotics, it is the second-line drug to treat urethra, uterine neck and intestinum infection caused by diplococcus gonorrhoeae, it is mainly used for treatment of various infections caused by resistant strains such as penicillin, tetracycline etc.
The action characteristic:
1. It plays bacteriostatic effect by interfering with protein synthesis in sensitivity bacterial body.

Usage and dosage:
This product is often combined with lincomycin, to reduce its antibacterial MIC value.
1. Livestock: if it is taken orally it can promote growth if hydrochloride combined with lincomycin with the dosage of 5.5-11mg each for per kg body weight, it can be used to treat swine dysentery, bacterial enteritis and diarrhea, with the dosage of 22-55mg each for per kg body weight.
If it is used by intramuscular injection, every kg body weight of bird needs 30mg, pig needs 20 25mg, 1 to 2 times every day.
2. Fish: it should be taken orally, it can be used combined with lincomycin with the dosage of 20-30 mg each for per kg body weight, it should be taken mixed with bait once a day, continue for 3 to 5 days.
Drug bath: spectinomycin and lincomycin each be added 2-5mg in per cubic meter of water, and then soak for 30 - 50 minutes.
Applications:
