Amino-polyethylene glycol-fluorescein

Amino-polyethylene glycol-fluorescein, FITC-PEG-NH2, a heterobifunctional PEG derivative with green fluorescence, which can bind to various antibody proteins. The combined antibody does not lose the specificity of binding to a certain antigen. It is highly sensitive and still has green fluorescence in alkaline solution, but the fluorescence disappears after adding acid. The maximum absorbed light wavelength is 490~495nm, and the maximum emitted light wavelength is 520~530nm. At the same time, the amino group can be easily combined with substances with carboxyl groups, active esters, and aldehyde groups. The product can be used directly to label biomolecules in aqueous solutions without adding any organic solvents.

Handling and use:
FITC-PEG-NH2 is sensitive to light and temperature. When using it, it needs to be protected from light, dry and pay attention to temperature differences to prevent moisture absorption.

FITC-PEG-NH2 needs to be stored dry and protected from light at -20°C. Inert gas protection is the best. Pure product preservation. Retest after one year.
