D-Araboascorbic acid

D- ascorbic acid also called erythorbic acid, it is a kind of optical isomers of vitamin C, which has similar chemical properties with vitamin C, which belongs to the water soluble antioxidant.

D- ascorbic acid takes glucose as raw materials, through fermentation technology 2- keto -D- citric acid is obtained, after esterification, acidification, refining and other steps of production the D- ascorbic acid is finally prepared.
